"IT" was the stillborn son of Herbert and Vicki Budinger Khaury.
Herbert better known by his stage name of Tiny Tim,
who was famous for the song "Tiptoe Through the Tulips".
Tim and Vicki were married on Johnny Carson's "The Tonight Show" December 17, 1969.
