Thank you for recently making the time available to speak to us via satellite on "Tonight Live".

I appreciate that with the time differences it is not always easy to set up -such interviews and I was most thrilled when you accepted our invitation to join us on the show even when it meant you sitting in a remote studio miles away talking to me via an earpiece.
