I have been collecting Tiny Tim memorobillia since I first saw him on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-in in 1969

MessageType: Praise

Comments: I have been collecting Tiny Tim memorobillia since I first saw him on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-in in 1969. I am currently putting together a scrapbook of these items which include newspaper clippings from the Kansas City Star, photos of Tiny which I took at his Branson, Missouri appearance, numerous magazine articles from the late 60's and early 70's,even a magazine entirely devoted to Tiny published in 1968. Why doesn't someone who was close to Tiny, put together a pictorial book or magazine and offer it to his fans? Just a suggestion from me, one of Tiny Tim's biggest fans!

Thank You!

Hi Michael,

There are many Tiny Tim projects that the fans would love to see. The one you are working on is a good one. Another exclusive magazine would be nice too. Tiny is a hard sell sometimes because a lot of people don't understand what he was all about. The 3 cd set from Rhino Records is selling very well as did the Royal Albert Hall cd which sold out. They reissued it to stores and it continues to sell. There's also a serious bio pic in the works which will star John Turturro as Tiny. Hopefully this will help to gain him even more fans. Thank you for contacting me.

Best,
Ernie Clark (tinytim.org) :)
