My name is Geoff Menzer and I am a songwriter uke and guitar player. I had the opportunity to spend several hours with TT in sheffield yorkshire england in 1969. I had intended to push a song I had written called "I'm back in circulation again" however he had other ideas!

As he was getting married to Miss Vickie he chose a serious ballad called the missing things which he sang to her on the carson show on the wedding night or the week before. He actually rang me after the show to say it had been well received. If anyone has a video, film or tape of it I'd like to have a copy which I'll gladly pay for. The lyrics were as follows: "You brought into my life the missing things. When i look into your eyes my day begins. And just to hold your hand is all that I demand. To feel the promised land grow suddenly very near to me. You're so dear to me. With you right by my side I'm superman. Feel like I'm walkin' on air like peter pan. And when I hold you close, I'm a king of kings. My future! Swings cause you gave to me...the missing things."
