God Bless Tiny Tim

Dear Miss Sue,

I just like to say that I think "God Bless Tiny Tim" is a masterpiece. It is amazing how beautiful the arrangements was done with Tim's voices adding the perfect ingredient. To me, it will always be one of the best. I recently bought the CD for a small fortune. Could not find it nowhere but a Japanese import. The 35 dollars spent was worth it though. I can finally retired my vinyl LP and hear it in perfect digital sound without the scratches from constantly playing it the last 30 years. How versatile this man was. I love the song "Then I'd be satisfied with life" when he sings "and if Tuesday Weld would only be my wife" and the chorus that sounds like angels says "ohhhhhh tiny" Although it was probably Tiny doing the chorus. It is a shame that I can only confront my dearest friends when introducing them for the first time of this album. When I tell them to listen to a couple of these Tiny Tim songs, they give me a look like "are you crazy!" I tell them to not be narrowed minded for a moment and listen. I put on Strawberry Tea or Fill Your Heart, and they can not believe their ears. Tiny Tim is more than just "Tip-toe thru the tulips" and I think that we should say "God Bless Richard Perry" for doing such a fine job producing the entire album.

Sincerely,
David Miller
