A Tiny Tim fan says hello

I just happened on the Tiny Tim site. It is great. When I was 5 years old, I told my family I wanted to grow up to be just like Tiny Tim. You can imagine that got quite a response! I loved the man, he was such an original. And over the years, I never stopped loving Tiny Tim.

I finally had the chance to meet him 8 or 9 years ago when he was traveling with the circus. It was one of the biggest thrills of my life. I had my picture taken with him and asked him for an autograph. I was also able to meet him a few years later when he performed in Decatur, Illinois, and then when he appeared at Fan Fair in Nashville, Tennessee.

I am now 32 years old. I happen to be a Television news anchorman at a small station in Effingham, Illinois, and, after all this time, I still want to be just like Tiny Tim. I want to be an original like he was. I want to have a smile for everyone like he did, and I want people to love me and think good thoughts of me after I'm gone.

I have wondered over the past months about what will happen to Tiny Tim's personal items, such as his costumes, etc. I have always wanted to have something personal of his, and if there would ever be an auction of sale of anything, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

Thank you for your time, and God Bless you.

Sincerely,
Mr. Scot England
