Tiny Tim takes a wild ride

PHILADELPHIA - Herbert Khaury should have tiptoed through the Philadelphia Airport. Instead, the entertainer better known as Tiny Tim used an electric cart that ran out of control for more than 50 feet, injuring two passengers.
    Khaury 73, conceded to airport police Friday that he had had two beers before seating himself in the cart. The question was whether he tried to drive or was a passenger in the runaway vehicle. Khaury was not arrested, but a police spokesman said yesterday the investigation was being reopened after new witnesses had come forward, putting Khaury in the driver's seat.
