Tiny Tim had a big wedding.
He and his "first real girlfriend," 17-year-old Victoria May Budinger, were married
December 17, over NBC-TV. About 20 million people sat glued to their sets for the formal ceremony on
Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show." Thousands of white and yellow tulips, imported from Holland, lined the
aisle as Tiny and Vicki took their vows. Tiny, who says he sometimes gets too hotheaded, vowed "not to
get puffed up." Then, as if to seal his promise, he celebrated with "the good Lord's food," milk and
honey. He and Vicki spent their wedding night at the Waldorf, and took off for the Bahamas the next
day. Tiny, who's 37, met Vicki last summer at a department store in Philadelphia, where he was
autographing copies of his book, "Beautiful Thoughts." They fell in love-she had been a fan of his
long before meeting him-and now are looking forward to a long, happy life together. "With as many
children as the good Lord says we should have," Tiny announced happily.
Tiny serenaded his radiant bride after their TV nuptials. Vicki wore a gorgeous floor-length Victorian-style
gown. Her father gave her away at the ceremony performed by Rev. William Glenesk.
