New fashion image for Tiny TimHOLLYWOOD-He's in England, because Princess Margaret requested (commanded?) a command performance - by Tiny Tim. Lord Snowdon will be taking some photographs of the bridegroom-to-be.Tiny will soon be sporting an elegant new wardrobe by Manhattan clothing designer Jeffrey Martin (Tiny uses "clothing designers," never tailors). Tiny Tim's new image will be turn-of-the-century, to match the Victorian gown Martin's doing for Miss Vicki (Budinger) for their TV wedding. Mark Traynor, the beauty expert who'll do Miss Vicki's (or Mrs. Tiny's) hair and makeup, says he'd like to mess with the groom's coiffure as well. Not likely. Tiny, who washes his tresses daily, insists on uncombing them himself.
